Professionalism: Do they listen to your needs and wishes? Are they representing you correctly and negotiating properly on your behalf? Do you have confidence in them – will they get the job done?
Comfort level: Are you comfortable having them act as your advocate? Do you feel comfortable asking them questions and bringing up concerns? Are they approachable?
Knowledge and Experience: Do they know the market? Do they have the experience to be able to guide you through your purchase efficiently and to your best benefit?
